REST
As much as I love movement, I also advocate rest to just about everyone I meet. In our culture we seem to glorify being constantly busy which often leads to stress, fatigue and ultimately burn-out. On this page you will find invitations to slow down and rest in the form of free recordings as well as details of restful classes that I offer.

Well & Good, Godalming
A brand new class is coming to Godalming soon. This class will be subtly different each week, always with the primary intention of rest. With blankets, bolsters and cushions for everyone, we will explore yin yoga, yoga nidra, breathwork, relaxation, meditation and journaling. We have chairs for those who don't feel comfortable lying down and you don't need any prior experience to practice. Booking will open soon.
