As much as I love movement, I also advocate rest to just about everyone I meet. In our culture we seem to glorify being constantly busy which often leads to stress, fatigue and ultimately burn-out. On this page you will find invitations to slow down and rest in the form of free recordings as well as details of restful classes that I offer.

Mondays 12:15-13:15
Well & Good, Godalming
On Monday lunchtimes we rest, and we rest hard. This class will be subtly different each week, always with the primary intention of slowing down. With blankets, bolsters and cushions for everyone, we will explore yin yoga, yoga nidra, breathwork, relaxation, meditation and journaling. We have chairs for those who don't feel comfortable lying down and you don't need any prior experience to practise.
Slow Flow, Yin & Yoga Nidra
Sunday 16th March
17:00-18:30
A 90 minute session of pure yoga indulgence. We will explore some super slow feel-good movements before dropping into the yumminess of yin and eventually nesting down for nidra. Everything is optional, everything is intended to soothe and calm.​
