Winter Yin

Embrace the darker season and wrap yourself in cosy yin. Each session will be slightly different and just as nourishing as the last. With a strong emphasis on LESS IS MORE, this is your time to slow down and notice how it feels to simply be.

Yin & Very Slow Flow

Sunday 12th October
4-6pm
Well & Good, Godalming

This session will begin with some extremely slow flowing movements to mobilise the joints and gently work the muscles. We will the delve into our yin shapes lasting between 1-4 minutes for each shape. You will be guided to tune into the sensations of your body and potentially release some blockages, allowing energy to flow freely through the energy channels. 

Yin & Poetry

Sunday 14th December
4-6pm

Well & Good, Godalming

I'm really looking forward to this one. We will target a full body release through all major joints and fascial lines. During the shapes you will hear some of my favourite poetry: some old, some new. I invite participants to bring poetry to share at the end if they would like to.

Yin & Yoga Nidra

Sunday 19th December
4-6pm
Well & Good, Godalming

We will start with some yin and extremely gentle movement, coaxing the body into a more relaxed state before we begin the practice of Yoga Nidra. Translating as ‘yogic sleep’, you will be guided by my voice throughout the practice. You will be invited to delve into the layers of your consciousness as you rest somewhere between sleep and wakefulness.
